		<description>Thanks Doug.  Great point.  During exercise the body releases free radicals which can harm the body if not eliminated.  The vitamins especially antioxidants in fresh juices help the body safely handle these free radicals to keep our immune system healthy.  I think most people don&#039;t even realize this.</description>

		<description>If a person exercises very hard, and this is the best way to work out to really benefit the body, the immune system will get weakened. It is essential that a person eat well and, for me, juicing is the best way to keep the immune system working well. If I work out hard and eat poorly,  I get sick and then I have to wait 10 days to get back to exercise and it feels like staring over. I hope I have learned my lesson and will juice a couple of times a day for the rest of my life. The feeling of vigor and strength that hard exercise brings is so precious that to lose it from poor nutrition, is a stupid mistake many of us make.</description>
