    Juicing in general calms my nerves. On day 25 of a 30 day cleanse and I can honestly say I am a different person now than the one who started this journey. More people need to learn that juicing and cleansing are not just a great way to lose weight, but they can really transform your mind and emotional life as well.

    Juicing is an experiment. Sometimes you’ll get a batch that you will not love at all! But don’t stop. Just keep using different ingredients together until you get YOUR juice. Definitely very healthful.

      AnVery true I have had the nutribullet for a week now. And experimenting is the best pfbe kale or with blue ,black and raspberries with half a bananna…. Yummy
